There is no other version than the 1976s version. Period.

"My" Carrie will always be Sissy Spacek.

Poor Carrie. You really captured her silent rage well, it really shows in her expression

I love how you add the "they're all gonna laugh at you" all over Carrie of Margaret's voice from the blood dump scene, where Carrie is hallucinating with voices and laughing inside of her mind. I think it's added there perfectly. Excellent job!

I prefer original, to be honest, remake is shit.

Most remakes are.
They ruined A Nightmare on Elm Street.
Well if blood got poured on me I would snap too. But I wouldn't start killing people...maybe just some injury that would heal in time...

BTW. Watch the remake. It's good. Better in fact.

Well, it wasn't the first time that Carrie got bullied. The girl had totally snapped after all the crap she had to endure.
FlyingPrincess Featured By Owner Jan 17, 2015
That's true.

To be honest, I smiled when she killed all the bullies.

Meh, I was sad about it , because she became worse then the people she was bullied by. What about the people that didn't laugh at her or the people who were similar to Sue Snel in attitude and were just laughing because their friends were laughing or how about the people who weren't paying attention to who was being crowned prom queen and were just in the room drinking punch. There are always people like that at prom and at Carrie's prom a lot of these people still got injured and killed just because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time or even more directly so because a victim decided to victimize everyone in the room without just having the common courtesy to at least pick out the people who were responsible and have them punished quietly later instead of involving everyone at prom including people who were just visiting from other schools.

Well as soon as that blood was poured on her she snapped. She didn't care anymore and she wasn't the sweet pushover girl anymore. She had reached her limit on being bullied. It's just too bad that she had powers to her advantage for the people who were innocent. I guess she was just so enraged she wasn't thinking about the others. Luckily there was some survivors. But another reason could be that she killed the innocent on purpose because she was jealous they didn't get picked on and she did.

But I've never read the book maybe they mentioned it in that.

What she did was still wrong. Also I'm pretty sure their was at least 10-30 people at that prom that had been bullied the way she had, but what did she do? She decided LET'S KILL EVERYONE!:kiwf:  But I can see what your saying. I get the idea she didn't really think that part through. If she had made a different choice maybe it would have saved her.

But hey if you had the chance to get bad at the people who hurt you, wouldn't you take it? Anybody would. If it had been me I would have snapped in a more passive-aggressive way. I would have pretended to be okay and than later I would have found out who was responsible than spent the rest of the school year using my magic powers to make their lives miserable, because what good are they dead? That would still make me a bully.

Nice. I love the way her mother's warning is floating around Carrie symbolizing her growing insanity before she killed everyone at the prom. The look in her eyes is gold. Nice! :la:
